Free Mailinglist plugin for WordPress.

Steve MacLellan installed a plugin for WordPress that allows you to have
a mailing list as well as letting people choose if they would like to
receive notifications of new posts.

It comes configured to ask for their firstname, last name, address,
telephone number and email address.
